About
I am a small-town girl from Americus, Georgia. My life has been marked by my love for all things creative and a passion to pursue them. Now, as a student at the University of Georgia, I am pursuing these passions as a public relations major. I have interned as a public relations specialist and worked with businesses and student organizations as a social media manager. Classes such as Introduction to Graphic design and Writing and Reporting Across Platforms that I have taken while at UGA have given me the opportunity to further my knowledge and skills in PR, advertising, marketing, graphic design and journalism. I am also a minor in international relations which has helped me to better understand different cultures and people. I will continue to learn about and gain experience in the world of media in my last few years in college to be as prepared as possible for my future career endeavors. I plan to graduate one semester early in December of 2024, and I aspire to one day work in the media industry as a publicist for politicians or entertainers.

Vision
Graphic design, journalism, and other media tools can be crucial in promoting a client and forming connections with audiences. As a public relations specialist, I will use these tools to provide the best service for all those I work with.
